Do not be deceived by the official photos aa they seem to be from long ago. The room I was given was in a sorry state.
The intro said mountain or city view, there was no view to talk about, that is if you even dare to touch the extremely dusty blinds and Window.
The sink was faulty on day 1 and I reported it to reception who told me they will need some parts and will change so on day 2. Day 2 came and went and nothing was done because the manager had more important thing to do than repair a faulty sink. Asked again on Day 3 to see if they could change my room since they can't fix the sink and was told 'there's no extra room'. By then,i had already put up with 2 nights with a faulty sink and had 2 more nightscat this place.
On day 4, the receptionalist came to me to offer to change my room (I guess they have no intention to fix the sink) but by then I had only 1 night left so i rejected. It took them 4 days to even remotely solve the problem.
As per the photos, the room was extremely dusty at places.
The receptionist are very polite and communicates very well. Sadly, though they had no power to problem solve.
The fridge in the room stopped working the moment you take out the key card. I learnt it the hard way when I went back to warm drinks at night.
The best feature is the fridge in the common area.
